What To Expect

Initial Inspection
The engineer checks all emergency lighting units and control gear, ensuring fittings are accessible, clean, and free from obvious faults.
3-Hour Drain Test
The power supply is isolated, and all emergency lights are switched to battery mode. The engineer monitors performance to confirm the system can sustain illumination for the full 3-hour period.
Results & Compliance Check
Any units that fail, show reduced battery life, or display faults are recorded, with results documented for compliance with regulations.
Report & Remedial Action
A full maintenance report is provided. If issues are found, BAUER can carry out repairs or replacements promptly, ensuring your emergency lighting is reliable and legally compliant.
